1. Looking after end to end requirement of FD/PD clients.

EVENTS Manager Salary :35k - 40K

Location :Delhi, Gurgoan ,Noida ,Mumbai

1. Briefing- Taking proper brief from Client or Client Servicing department for any Event.
2. Recce – Proper Recce of the Venue before any Event.
3. Planning – Event planning, design and decorative ideas according to the client requirement.
4. Vendor Management – Choosing the ideal vendor combination of quality and cost and coordinating for execution.
5. Coordination with Creative Team – Coordination with the creative department for 3D Designs and Innovative design for Events.
6. Coordination with Fabrication Team – Coordination with fabrication department before any event for timely delivery of the necessary requirements.
7. Coordination with Client – Identifying the client’s requirement, expectation and coordinating with client for budget, creative, decorations or any other requirements.
8. Manpower – Arrangement of manpower according to the event requirement such as promoter, hostess, driver, security, etc.
9. Execution – Manage all event set-ups.
10. Event day- Proactively handle any arising issue on the event day.
11. Billing- Coordinating with accounts team/client servicing/commercial for client billing.
